Having a baby is an event that should be empowering, memorable, and positive for parents, but with so much information out there, so many choices to make and so many changes happening in your body, it can also be an overwhelming experience to say the least. It is my goal to offer knowledgeable support and guidance to you throughout your pregnancy and birth so that you can be empowered and fearless as you experience the process of becoming a mother.
